Bartercard Initial Public Offering (IPO)

Information on the Bartercard IPO and ASX listing

From August 4 until August 28, BPS Technology’s Initial Public Offering (IPO) allows the public to buy into $28 million worth of shares at $1 each. This is open to Australian and New Zealand residents, and is monitored securely by Lead Manager company Patersons Security Limited.

The IPO is expected to see a fantastic boost for Bartercard, with predictions for the trading network to see more than 160,000 cardholders over the next 5 years. It also creates a foothold for Bartercard to be launched into the listed environment.

Further benefits will be felt by some of BPS Technology’s other subsidiaries, including funding for the new venture TESS, a cloud-based software platform, and continuing to grow Bucqui.

The Bartercard IPO will conclude on August 28, and will be listed on ASX from September 4.
